Honoring a Hero: Dedication of the Purple Heart to Marco Polo Smigliani
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the community of Egg Harbor Township will come together at Veterans Memorial Park on Purple Heart Way to honor the legacy and sacrifice of Marco Polo Smigliani, a cherished Purple Heart recipient.
This special dedication ceremony is a poignant tribute to a man who served his country with courage, resilience, and honor. The newly designated Purple Heart Way serves as a lasting symbol of his sacrifice and the deep gratitude felt by a grateful community.
